The hotel is family-friendly with excellent rooms that have a great A/C unit and new humidifier, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch with helpful staff providing transport to Disneyland and the train station. The location is convenient, close to the airport limousine bus and a variety of dining options, making it a great choice. While the dining experience offers free beverages, the quality of the bento box was not the best, and there are limited options for non-alcoholic drinks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very new and modern, but some essential items like extra blanket, pijamas, and ironing stuff were missing for families. The staff were nice and friendly, offering free drink bar and breakfast along with a free shuttle to Disney, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, between Disneyland, Disneysea, and Maihama Station, but it was a bit far from everything else. The dining options were somewhat disappointing with reheated bento boxes, although the tonkatsu sandwich was delicious.
