The hotel is family-friendly with excellent rooms that have a great A/C unit and new humidifier, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch with helpful staff providing transport to Disneyland and the train station. The location is convenient, close to the airport limousine bus and a variety of dining options, making it a great choice. While the dining experience offers free beverages, the quality of the bento box was not the best, and there are limited options for non-alcoholic drinks.

The staff were nice and friendly, offering free drink bar and breakfast along with a free shuttle to Disney, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, between Disneyland, Disneysea, and Maihama Station, but it was a bit far from everything else. The dining options were somewhat disappointing with reheated bento boxes, although the tonkatsu sandwich was delicious.
